Went up the track after the weekly training session and had a chilled session with the coach after he had finished coaching.
I didn’t do too much as I’m still a little sore from the weekend but I started to practice manuals at a slower speed and also started to get back into jumping again.
When I got home I had a shower and then put my flat pedals on the cruiser ready to really practice my manuals in the morning in the car park before it opens.
