I woke up this morning and both knees were sore so I decided to skip the gym and ride into the office early and get some stuff done. I rode really slowly so that I didn’t over stress my knees and legs and it was fine. I then worked in the office until lunch time and then went home and took a nap.
I had the afternoon off so I chilled in bed all afternoon.
My knees were still sore when it was time to get ready to go to Bristol for gates so I decided to not go and replace my rest day tomorrow with today.
I will now go to the gym early in the morning and try and hit the track in the afternoon/evening.
