This morning I dragged myself out of bed when my alarm went off as I was sore from all the extra walking and really tired but I got up did my weigh in (up to 107.3 kgs!) and then showered, got dressed and walked to the office and did some work that had to be done and then at about 7:45 when it was lighter I walked home along the river which was really busy but relaxing all the same. By the time I got home I was on 7693 steps so just over 1/2 way to my 15000 steps for the day so should be an easier today than the last few days where I have had to do all 15000 steps during the day as I couldn’t get up early to get a walk in!
Now that I cam getting used to walking again I really need to sort my diet out and also stop fizzy drinks again as I am slowly ramping up the amount of fizzy drinks again and I can feel it around my waist again 🙁 My weight is also slowly going up again which is far from ideal as I was already heavy already! I have put on just under 1kg this week already and that is all to do with fizzy drinks and takeout food again! 🙁
Next week I am going to start intermittent fasting and go on the egg diet as well to get this extra weigh off and get under 100 kgs as soon as possible then I can start playing basketball on Sundays again which will lead to faster weight loss again! I will also start training properly again next week so gym or walking in the mornings and the track at lunch time and then more walking and rollers in the evenings. I think once I sort out my fizzy drink issues and eat cleaner and train properly I should get fit again pretty quickly and then when I can start plying basketball again the weight will drop off pretty quickly. At the moment I am way too heavy to play basketball so I need to get under 100 kgs as a minimum but ideally under 90 kgs to avoid blowing my knees out.
At lunch i cleaned the flat, out the clean washing away and did my 10 minutes backwards walking backwards and I am on 12202 steps already and I have just started walking on the treadmill now so getting to 15000 steps will be fine today 🙂 It took me until about 15:30 to get to 15000 on the treadmill and then I stopped for the day!
By the end of the day I got to a massive 17759 steps 🙂
