Delayed start to my training

I have delayed my training start until tomorrow as it will be the 1’st November and I have been busy the past couple of days and also my ankle is still a bit store as I tweaked it on Sunday so want to make sure that it is OK before I start as I don’t want to make it worse.

This lunch time and this evening I will get the mtb all sorted and ready to go tomorrow lunch time so that I can get riding as soon as my lunch starts tomorrow. I will also get my clothes sorted as well so that I can just get going as soon as my lunch break starts.

I am planning to start off slowly and take a slow ride to Bitten Railway and back along the Bath to Bristol cycle path as it is flat and pretty sheltered from the worst of the weather too.

I did a weigh-in yesterday first thing to get my starting weight and I was 107.1kgs:

My fitbit goal is set to 80Kgs so 5 kgs less than my actual goal over the next 12 weeks so I actually have 22.1kgs to get to my goal weight!

Today I am mostly working on my side hustle as I need to start getting some extra cash coming in as my bikes don’t seem to be selling at all at the moment 🙁 I have started a Vinyl Cutting business and started making test stickers this weekend. I made some test bin stickers for my parents yesterday and took them to their house and put them on their bins and took some photo’s to add to my website and web stores when they are setup.

This lunch time I have been setting up my accounts software and adding recipts into it so that when I have to fill in my end of year accounts I have it all sorted. I want to get this all sorted this week so that I can concentrate on my training a bit more next week as I can’t do both and give enough time to each for them both to be successful! Once i have all the admin stuff sorted the actual day to day stuff will be easier to fit in around training hopefully.
