Yesterday was super busy at work so I didn’t get a chance to do anything other than walk (10848 steps).
I literally worked from 6-18:30 with no lunch break then walked home and I was on call until 22:30! This meant that I got to sleep after 23:00 so I put my alarm on for 07:00 this morning but woke up at 6:30 anyway.
I have now finished for the day and have just received my new seat post and sprocket removal tool so I am heading up to the track to get some gates in with my friend as he is coaching up there at the moment and finishes at 12:00!
After training I will head to my parents and do the mopping and hoovering and then head home again. I will try and wet sand the paint runs on the Black Market frame and then give it another coat of paint and then if I have time clear coat it ready to build up this week now most of the bits are here (apart from the wheels that is!)
So I got to the track at 12 and did gates until about 13:30 then packed up and drove to my parents and did the hoovering as planned then went home and watched a film until it was time to go to sleep.
I was really tired after gates so I didn’t manage to get to 10000 steps and only did 6655 steps all day but I did a lot of gates so its all good 🙂
