Consistancy starting to pay off

I woke up this morning at 5 am as planned and did my weigh-in and I was surprised to see that I am down to 108.6 kgs this morning so being constant with the riding into work in the morning and walking between offices all morning and then making sure that I get to 12000 steps and do 10 minutes of backwards walking is starting to pay off.  This week I am down 109.7 kgs on Saturday to 108.6 kgs this morning so I have dropped 1.1 kgs in 4 days literally just walking and riding the ebike to and from the office which shows that little changes can make a big difference over time.

Yesterday I was super tired and didn’t go to the track either but I did struggle and force myself to walk to the post office and get a parcel that was left there at the end of last week and then in the evening I forced myself to get my 10 minutes backwards walking in and then finish my 12000 steps on the treadmill before relaxing for the day which didn’t take much persuading really but I still had to force myself to not be lazy!

I also managed to get the rollers in from the garage but I didn’t get much else done as I was really drained and tired as work has been pretty full-on recently and its catching up with me a bit. I also tested my new Worx Electric Pump on the sack trucks at work yesterday and its super quick and easy so it looks like it was money well spent 🙂 The digital readout makes it really easy to see how flat the tyres were before I pumped them up which is nice 🙂
