I woke up without an alarm about 7 am this morning and did my weigh-in and I am down 0.4 kgs to 107.1kgs so all the ebiking yesterday still let to a fair bit of weight loss although I did eat a lot more crap than usual due to the extra exertion!
As I was pretty sore after the ebiking yesterday and the fact that I had nothing to do other than gates at 3 pm I stayed in bed and chilled on my phone, watching TV and sleeping a load more which was nice and much needed. At 14:00 I got up and showered and get dressed then packed the car and headed to the track for gates.
I did gates for a couple of hours then helped pack up the container then headed home. On the way home I released that I had forgotten to put my Fitbit back on after my shower so I hadn’t recorded any of my activity at all!
When I got home I got the bikes off of the car and then put Redbull Hardline on and chilled until about 11pm when I went to sleep again.
