I woke up at 5am on Tuesday Morning and walked to the gym to get a workout in as it was Tuesday and I was planning to start Legs weights this morning. I was a little sore from the crash and my head was a bit foggy so I guess that I hit my head

Woke up and did my weigh in and I was surprised to see that I have put weight on this week again and I am up to 109kgs 🙁 (increase of 0.4kgs). I a little worried although the extra weight will be added muscle as I am definitely losing body fat as my face, stomach

Went to sprints last night even though I was feeling a bit crap and had a dodgy stomach and heart palpitations (muscle spasms I think) and pain in my bladder. I was also getting acid reflux. I did a lateral flow test to make sure and it was negative so I decided to go anyway.

My weigh in this morning was a bit of a shock as I have put on 0.5kgs this week even though I did 2 sprint sessions this week. So at the moment I am the heaviest that I have been for a good couple of years at 108.5kgs!!! I did have to miss coaching this
