Got up and did a weigh in this morning and racing yesterday equated to a 1.4kg weight loss so My weight was down from 108.7kgs to 107.3kgs which is a great start but I need to drop more as I am further away from my weight goal by the worlds than I was at the

Got up at 5 and did my weigh in before getting ready and going to work. I was surprised that I had dropped back down from 109kgs to 108.6kgs even though I haven’t been able to do much exercise due to the concussion. I am most likely going to have to take this week off
