Weigh-in I woke up and did my normal Monday morning weigh in and I was surprised to see that I have dropped 0.3kgs in 3 days with very little exercise! Date Weight 01/01/2022 107.9 03/01/2022 107.6 I would say that this weight loss is 100% due to stopping drinking Coca Cola on New Years Day!
