Woke up and did a weigh in and I have gone back up to 108.6kgs so I have put back on exactly 1kg from this time last week (107.6 kgs last week and 108.6kgs this morning!) but more upsetting is that I have put on 2.5kgs from last Tuesday after doing full laps last Monday

Got up at 5 and did my weigh in before getting ready and going to work. I was surprised that I had dropped back down from 109kgs to 108.6kgs even though I haven’t been able to do much exercise due to the concussion. I am most likely going to have to take this week off
