10000 steps: Day 8 – split into 2 walks I went to visit my Parents with my son to check on the dog after it was attacked and also swap cars as I was borrowing my parents car for the weekend. While we were there myself and my son took the dog for a walk

10000 steps: Day 7 Had a chilled out day again today and then went out for a walk with my son at 19:30 tonight to get my 10000 steps in. We had a nice walk again and went another way home to get the steps in without having to do any extra loops.
