So this morning I woke up at 3:45 feeling a bit ill but managed to get back to sleep and woke up feeling a bit rubbish when my alarm went off at 5:00 so I went back to sleep until 6:00 instead of getting up and going for a walk! It was raining pretty hard

So this morning I woke up with my alarm and got up and did my weigh in (back up to 106.2kgs which isn’t too bad seeing I had 4 x cans of Coca Cola and Chicken nuggets and chips!) then got ready and walked into the office and did some stuff then walked home again.

So I woke up at 5am but my wrist is still not right so I have decided for sure that I am not doing sprints this week! I will ride the mtb at lunch times instead to get some training in still but not hurt the wrist too much! I got up still land did

Woke up this morning and my wrist is feeling a bit better! It could be the Voltorol or it could be the fact that its just feeling better! I am going to keel the brace on today and see how it goes! I also woke up at 5am without an alarm and had to go

So I woke up when I woke up this morning which was 6:30 am, I did my weigh in and I am back down to 106.3kgs so the weight is moving in the right direction at least 🙂 I then went back to bed and went back to sleep until about 9:30 then got up

So I woke up and I am really aching today so I am giving sprints a miss today as I have a long bike ride to do at about 10am. I got up and did my weigh in and I am back up to 106.5kgs today so the donuts and Kinder Bueno’s I ate yesterday

Super happy this morning, I woke up before my alarm this morning feeling super rested as I went to sleep at 20:00 last night as I was really tired. When I woke up I did my weigh-in and I was down to 105.8 kgs so I have finally got below 106kgs for the first time

So this morning I woke up with my alarm at 5am and did my weigh-in and I was still 106.3kgs! At least I didn’t gain any weight! I then got showered and changed and then walked into the office  and did some work and then about 7:30 I walked home and got on with my
