So after a weekend of not much walking at all I got up and walked early again this morning and walked into the office and back so I am currently on 7407 steps at 1pm! so well on my way to 10000 steps again today. Before I left for work I did a weigh in

As today was my rest day I woke up at 5am as normal and then chilled in bed on my phone for a while (found out I had sold my Octane One Zircus frame over night 🙂 ) and then at 7am I got up, did my weigh in (Back down to 106.0 kgs yay!
