So this afternoon I made it to Bath gates and set up the timing and did OK considering I twisted both my ankles at different times trying to clip in! My fastest time today was actually slower than last week even though I was clipped in this week compared to on flats like last week

So after being ill all week I finally felt a bit better and went to the track at 1:30 today to setup the timing system and do some gates! After having issues with the timing systems again I only managed 4 gates and I was a bit off pace with a fastest time of 2.397
So the Avian 172.5 mm cranks that I bought from Crucial yesterday arrived this afternoon and I have just fitted them and also swapped around the freewheel as the chain was way too close to the frame the way that it was installed. I’m really liking the way that the cranks look on the bike
