I had a lie in this morning until 6 then got up and did my upper body routine of bench press with 20kg, shoulder sequence with 2kg dumbbells and arm curls with 3kg dumbbells. The 3 kg dumbbells are too light for curls but I left my adjustable dumbbells in the boot of my car
After spending most of my Sunday in bed I woke up feeling bad still this morning. Instead of going walking i had an extra hour in bed and then got up at 6am and had an impromptu weigh in and then did my first weights session. I basically only did 3 sets of 10 reps
