So this weekend I had a lot to do and wasn’t at home so I didn’t get to do my 15000 steps a day on Friday, Saturday or Sunday and I haven’t done a lot today either as I have been really lethargic again!
On a positive note I have still dropped 1.1 kgs to 106.3 kgs this morning so not a bad start to the week!
Unfortunately I have only managed ta measly 3060 steps today but I did ride the jump bike into the office first thing then back again at lunch time so I haven’t do as little as the step count suggests but its still pretty bad!
First thing in the morning I am going to walk to the gym and start the day off properly and kick start my fitness journey off again as I am a fat mess still! I will also start on the carnivore diet again too!
I have just found out that the track is closed for the next couple weeks so I am going to get out and do road rides at lunch times during the week to try and get rid of the weight faster and I will also get the rollers from the garage and try and start using them too so that in a couple of months I can start doing sprints on the rollers when the weather is really bad!
I have also decided that I will do 4 days in the gym for now so do legs Tuesday and Thursday and Upper body Wednesday and Friday mornings to build muscle and try and get rid of fat faster too! I have basically wasted another 3 months that I could have been burning fat so I need to crack on or I will be a fat blob still come next season!
I also need to re-focus on my steps again as I managed 4 days of 15000 steps or more then it went down hill all weekend:
Monday = 15150 steps
Tuesday = 15060 steps
Wednesday = 15870 steps
Thursday = 17759 steps
Friday = 6993 steps
Saturday = 8902 steps
Sunday = 5656 steps
So last week I averages 12198.57 steps a day so more than 10000 but way less than my target of 15000 steps so work to do still!
I am going to do a 30 day 15000 step challenge from tomorrow (29/10/24) until 29/11/2024 to see if I can get back in the habit of walking more and also set the goal of going to the gym 4 x a week as well Tuesday-Friday AND do at least an hour on the bike at Lunch time Tuesday-Friday as well!
This should mean that by the time the track re-opens I will have dropped a fair amount of body fat and also build a fair bit of muscle as well!
The only good thing I did today was to not eat until 13:00 so I did get my intermittent fasting in today AND I have had no fizzy drinks today either but apart from that its been a pretty poor day!
