So yesterday I went to the track and did some gates with my friends and managed to mess up my wrist pre-loading to jump onto the tabletop messing around! That cut my day short and meant that I am back to square one again 🙁
This morning I bought some RockShock Pikes to go on the Black Market Contraband and I will ride that for the time being!
I was going to fix my Road bike to start riding that but I think for now I will stick to the mtb as it has suspension to protect my wrist a bit! Today I will swap out the rubbing disk so that I can go on a ride in the morning and start using the bike at lunch times to get rides in every day.
As I am broken anyway I have decided to work on my fitness and bike skills and not worry about getting faster for now as my body is obviously not ready to ride still!
I have decided that I will do 3 a day workouts to get my weight down now that its lighter in the evenings so it will be:
AM = Ruck + body-weight exercises with weight vest
Lunchtime = Bike ride
PM = Track (DJ bike and 3rd and 4th straights only)
I need to start doing bodyweight exercises to strengthen my body to try and prevent more injuries as I have not been doing this and I keep getting hurt!
Today I am going to get all the bikes ready to put on the internet to sell today as I need to get them all sold so I can get a couple of Curtis frames.
