This morning I decided that I need to start doing weights to rehab my shoulder to try and get on the BMX sooner.
The bench is fold up one so it will go under my day bed when not in use. The squat stands also have an attachment to be used as a bench press stand as well so with them and the bench I can do most of the exercises that I need to do for my shoulder rehab and also leg sessions too.
I am planning to work out early in the morning before work on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday then it is done early and it will set me up for the day.
I will then go to the track at lunch times then in the evening I can be as lazy as I like.
I am planning on doing legs on Monday and Thursdays and Upper Body on Tuesday and Fridays then on Wednesday mornings I will do sprints at the track car park.
At weekends I will basically do whatever I feel like doing but normally Saturday will be gates and Sundays I want to do pump tracks to start working on my bike skills more.
I have been ill since Thursday last week so I am taking it easy at the moment to get better before starting weights.
