I woke up this morning and did my birthday weigh-in and I have dropped 0.1kgs since Wednesday so my weight is moving in the right direction.
I am also almost 1kg lighter than I was this time last year so thats good news:

As I have been on a cleaning frenzy at the beginning of the year and I have been moving garages since Friday and I don’t look like I will get finished until late tomorrow I have decided to start my fitness goals from Tuesday or Wednesday this week depending on when I get my gym area in the lounge sorted.
I am on a half day Tuesday as I had to work during my holiday so I will crack on and get the area done then if it is not done by then but I am hoping to have it ready by Monday evening so that I can start off Tuesday morning riding before work!
Because of this I will start my fitness goals from 10/01/2023 until 10/01/2024 instead of 01/01/2023-01/01/2024 as planned!
Although I have been slacking on my fitness goals I have been overachieving on my personal goals and I am well on my way to a more minimalistic lifestyle and before the garage move started my flat had never been so clean and tidy! Even with the mess at the moment I am still keeping on top of keeping the kitchen clean and tidy so that is a great start to the year.
