Beast training Day 11 – 04/12/2023

So this morning I woke up later as my ankle was sore so I didn’t want to walk before walking to the office so I slept a bit longer. When I got up I was feeling skinny so I did a weigh in and I was down to 107.4 kgs again this morning so that was a good start to the day!

I then got showered and dressed and walked into the office! The next thing I know its 12:30 and it was the end of my day so I walked home.

When I was walking home I realised that I hadn’t eaten or drank anything all day so I decided that I may as well see how long I can go without eating and I managed until 3pm which wasn’t that bad at all!

While I was making food my new filters for the water filter arrived so I sorted that out so that I can have fizzy water once the water has been filtered and chilled 🙂

I fought the urge to buy takeout and drinks too so I am starting to sort my life out slowly one day at a time! It is day 2 of no fizzy drinks (other than fizzy water!) and I am feeling pretty good to be honest other than a mild headache and a fuzzy head which I can live with!

I decided that a duvet day and resting the ankle was a better option than riding the bike today but I will try and start riding the bike at lunchtimes from tomorrow to start actually doing a least a slightly beast training! As my ankle isn’t too good I may leave the weights for another week to let my body adjust to the walking and cycling.

By the time I had walked home I was on just over 9000 steps for the day so I can hopefully get to 10000 by the time I go to bed.

I worked out my that I have now averaged over 10000 steps for the last 10 days with an average of 10040.1 steps per day just from now on if I keep walking I should be good for the rest of the challenge 🙂 

I have been working out dates and the 60 days will finish on 22/01/2024 so after that I will swap out at least 3 of the road rides for BMX track work and just keep 2 road riding days a week for road riding to keep the weight down. I will not stop walking as it makes me feel good and also helps keep the weight down and stop my back hurting at much!

So I didn’t move a lot more for the rest of the day as I was working so I fell 399 steps short of 10000 steps today at 9601 steps!
