Beast Training day 5 – 28/11/2023

So I woke up feeling worse than yesterday so I went back to sleep again until 6:30 when I started work. I did my weigh in and apparently being ill and doing nothing is better for weight loss than walking as I am back down to 107.8kgs this morning! I’ll take it as weight loss is weight loss! The weight loss could also be due to the fact that it was my second day without fizzy drinks so I will have been down at least 800kcal a day from not drinking fizzy drinks all day long!

It could also account for feeling worse again this morning 🙁

IMG 36504D5E155F 1This lunch time I managed to walk a bit although I was hurting a lot I did my small loop and felt a bit dizzy when I got home but not too bad. I walked for 17:40 apparently even though it took me 35 minutes by my estimations and 1.07 miles apparently which I also think is a bit short! The 2080 steps is also well oof as U am now on 4721 steps for the say and I was on about 700ish before the walk!

Looks like my phone may be having issues with Stava again!

I will go out and get the rest of my 10000 steps done this evening after my shopping arrives by 17:30. I will go straight out and walk then I am done for the day so if I happen to feel tired again later I will have got my steps out of the way!

My shopping arrived at 16:35 so I was able to go out for my walk pretty early 🙂
