This morning I felt really ill so I went back to sleep until 6:30 then I got up did my weigh in and started work. I am down from 108.2kgs yesterday to 108.0kgs today so another 0.2kgs weight loss today.
As you can see on Day 1 of this challenge I was 107.9kgs and on day 2 I was up to 108.4kgs and I have lost 02kgs a day for the past 2 days so hopefully by the middle of the week I will be below my starting weight on Friday!
This week I have stopped drinking fizzy drinks so the weight should start dropping faster now as I am at a minimum walking at least 10000 steps a day but hoping to start cycling soon too. As I am feeling so bad today I will just go out at lunch time and walk to get the 10000 steps then rest for the rest of the day as I am not feeling good at all 🙁
I think this is partly due to the covid or whatever I came down with last week and partly the Coca Cola comedown withdrawals as well. The withdrawals usually only last a couple of days so hopefully by the middle of the week I will be feeling better again!
I am thinking that it is a better idea for me to hold off on cycling until next wee so that I can get over the Coca Cola withdrawal and whatever bug I have had then start really training hard next week! I will see how I feel later in the week before deciding. As long as I keep losing weight from here on in it’s now a massive issue to wait a week to start on the bike.
After I finished work about 12:30 I had some food and a lie down and I fell asleep and woke up again at 4pm so I made some more food and watched some tv until 7pm then I had a shower and got dressed to do for a walk but the shower took so much out of me that I went back to bed and decided to wait until tomorrow to get a walk in.
This means that I have done a paltry 927 steps for the day so far ☹️
I will make the lost steps up this week to make sure that I have done at least 10000 steps a day for the first 7 days of the challenge!
I have added up my steps so far this week and I am averaging 9828 steps so far this week so I should be able to get over 10000 steps with very little effort which is good to know!
