Woke up without an alarm this morning about 6:30 and did my weigh in and I was down 0.2kgs to 108.2kgs today so pretty good weight loss. I then had a shower and got dressed and went out for my Morning walk.
I walked to the BMX track and back along the 2 tunnels as I was later waking up this morning so it was actually light for once!
I walked for 1 hr and 26 minutes which equates to 4.75 miles or 9754 steps and I climbed 498ft which is more than my supposedly hilly route 🙂
When I got home I was feeling ill again so I went back to sleep and woke up at about 1pm but still felt rough!
Later on I got up and made Sunday lunch and did some washing and then went back to bed until 7pm when I got up and took my son back to his mums house.
By the end of the day I had walked 11403 steps for the day which is good going considering I was in bed for most of the day!
