So even though it’s my day off I set my alarm for 5am still so that I can keep my routine going. When I got up I realised that I had left my FitBit on the waistband of my trousers so I missed some steps last night as I did the bins after getting changed. Not a big deal as I still managed 13236 steps yesterday so well over my 12500 goal for the day! I was more gutted that I lost my sleep data for last night as that is starting to be useful in seeing why I get tired later in the day some days and not others!
When I got up I did my weigh-in and I was amazed to see that I was down to 106.4kgs this morning so 0.9kgs down on yesterday! This shows that the increased steps are helping to kickstart the weight loss finally so I need to keep it up! I am 2.5kgs down this month which is a bit more like it 🙂 Lets see how my weight is tomorrow before I start to celebrate as it could quite easily be back up tomorrow 🙁
I am now going to shower and get dressed and then do some studying before I walk so that its actually light for once 🙂
So I spent all morning studying then at 11am I went to the track and played about measuring sprint distances and also the length of the track (288m) and we found that what everyone thought was the longest jump was actually not the longest jump. I also found that to manual all of the jumps on the track we need to manual 12m which isn’t too far! All this got me to almost 5500 steps.
I then had to go home nd get changed and picj up my Son and my ex wife and take them to the airport to go on holiday!
When I got home I was still on under 8000 steps so I got on the treadmill and I am now on 12571 steps so I am done for the day!
