As planned I woke up at 5am even though I didn’t get to bed until after 11pm as my shopping was late 🙁 I did my weigh-in and I am back up to 108.1kgs so 2 days of eating badly and only walking on the treadmill has lead to me gaining almost 1kg in 3 days 🙁 Some of that weight admittedly will be water weight as I am drinking a lot more water at the moment (about 8-10 pints a day) so my body is way more hydrated than it was last week and the beginning of the week as well so the weight is not all bad weight although my stomach was way more pronounced this morning so some it will deffo be fat 🙁
I also only walked first thing on Monday this week so I did a lot less walking in a fasted state than normal so I also have to start getting my fat arse out of bed in the mornings and walking for at least 30 minutes in the morning as it seems to kick start my fat burning and make my weight drop more as well as making me way more relaxed and way further away from quitting my job, selling my house and buying a van to love in than I am without walking!
After my weigh in and shower I got dressed and walked to the office:
By the time I had walked to the office and back I had done just over 7000 steps as expected (7042 actual steps) so I am well on my way to 10000 steps already and I also got a fair bit done in the office too 🙂
I will probably got for a walk either at 3:30 is or at about 8ish I haven’t decided yet! I have just received a text from the courier delivering my new phone and the window is between 3:30 and 4:30 so I will either have to walk at lunch time or in the evening!
