So I woke up later again today as I am going to walk and work later this morning so I didn’t think I needed to walk this morning as well! If I need to walk more later to get to 10000 steps I will do that! I also will most likely need to walk to the office later as well so I shouldn’t have issues getting the 10000 steps in today! When I got up I did a weigh-in and I was still 107.4kgs so thats a good sign as I didn’t do a lot yesterday exercise wise!
Currently its just gone 7am and I have done 113 steps so a long way to go yet 🙂
So the day has gotten away from me so I have not been able to get out on the bike. I also had to eat at 12:00 as I was starting to get dizzy!
My new plan is to work until 1pm then take lunch and go for a long walk to make sure that I at least get my 10000 steps or more in today!
I started walking and working at 14:42 this afternoon and I was on 744 Steps so I put my Fitbit in the belt clip and attached it to my waist and I am now walking at 2mph and working on my standup desk! 2 mph is slow but it allows me to concentrate on working as well as working 🙂 I have basically an hour and 20 minutes until the end of my shift so I will see how many steps I get to by then. I finished at exactly 16:00 and I was on 6599 steps for the day so I did 5855 steps while walking.
I am going to chill for a bit and then eat and then go for another walk but probably outside this time as its a bit less boring than the treadmill and it also means that my body will know its night time and get more tired!
I caved and bought chicken nuggets and chips from deliveroo but I did go out and walk at about 20:00 and walked for 32 minutes and got to 10726 steps by the time I went to sleep!
