This morning I woke up 30 minutes before my alarm so I chilled in bed until my alarm then got up, got showered and dressed then went for my morning walk! I was trying to walk slowly but couldn’t so I gave up and walked at my comfortable pace which is too fast for fat burning really but it’s more comfortable.
By the time I got home I was on just under 5000 (4989) steps so half way to 100000 steps already and it’s just gone 6 am. I am just getting ready to go to work then I will cycle to the office and start working.
By the time I was heading home from the office at about 2 pm I was over 10000 steps for the day so I chilled before work and then worked from 4pm until 22:00.
