So I got woken up by my neighbour’s at 6:30 this morning so I got up and did my weigh-in which was a bit depressing as I was up to 107.8kgs even though I walked 15460 steps yesterday 🤷♂️
I then chilled on my phone until just after 7am then i got dressed and went for a walk. I went passed the charity drop off container and dropped off all of my old shoes so they were out of my flat for ever.
I then went for a walk on the 2 tunnels and back to get some steps in early. When I got home I was on 5773 steps which is a pretty good start to the day!
I am now killing time until about 9:30 when I can go to the tip and empty my car then go to the track and start doing track maintenance until about 1pm. I made back just under 3000 steps yesterday (2960) so I am well on my way to making the 2 missed days from Thursday and Friday this week where I couldn’t walk due to my back.
After being up the track doing maintenance for 2 hours or so I was over 12500 steps already 🙂 And I managed to get to 15000 steps for the day with 100 steps on the treadmill before bed 🙂 I finished the day with 15007 steps for the day so that is 2 days in a row with 15000 steps a day so far!
So for this week I averaged 10588 steps a day which is pretty good considering I has one day when I walked 1022 steps and one day I walked only 3298 steps! Another 5 more days at 15000 steps a day and I will be caught up with my steps average to over 12500 a day!
