I felt really ill on Saturday so I basically stayed in bed all day. I only did 2476 steps all day!
On Sunday I had arranged to go on a ride with my friend. We went along the Bath to Bristol cycle path and back. I was feeling a bit rough so it was a bit of a struggle and the cycle path was super busy so not much fun! To make things worse I got a puncture on the way home at Bitten Station so basically 5 miles from home! To make my day more annoying I forgot to put my fitbit on my ankle when I was walking until I was well over half way home so I lost at least 5000 steps on my daily count! Apart from that the walk was fun especially as I had Vans on as I am on flats still 🙂 So our 2 hour ride turned into a 4 hour marathon but it was still fun 🙂
When I got home I got showered and changed and then organised my bedroom and setup my gym ready to start weights on Tuesday as I forgot I am on call Monday night so do not have time to workout on Mondays so I will change my weights days to Tues, Thursday and Saturday instead and take Mondays as a full rest day.
By the end of the day I had walked 12569 steps so over the 12500 I wanted to do and with another 5000 steps a solid 17569 steps for the day and about a 20 mile ride as well so a good day all round 🙂
