Back to BMX Training day 36 – 05/02/2024

Woke up this morning and my wrist is feeling a bit better! It could be the Voltorol or it could be the fact that its just feeling better! I am going to keel the brace on today and see how it goes! I also woke up at 5am without an alarm and had to go back to sleep until my alarm at 6am 🙂 So getting up at 5am during the week is starting to become a habit at least 🙂

I got up at 6m and did my weight in and I am down another 0.1kgs to 106.2kgs but I am feeling and looking a lot skinnier so I guess that I have lost a fair bit of fat over the weekend’s riding 🙂

Today is a rest day so I just have to get my 12500 steps in today so nothing else to aim for today other that getting a couple of blogs written tonight!

I am just about to wake my son up and get him up and out the door to go to school and then I will head into the office for the day!

I literally worked basically non stop from 6:30 until 22:20 so didn’t have much time to exercise other than to walk to the office and back and walking around the office and at home! I only managed 10580 steps for the day but still over 10580 steps so not too bad!
