Woke up this morning and my wrist is feeling a bit better! It could be the Voltorol or it could be the fact that its just feeling better! I am going to keel the brace on today and see how it goes! I also woke up at 5am without an alarm and had to go back to sleep until my alarm at 6am So getting up at 5am during the week is starting to become a habit at least
I got up at 6m and did my weight in and I am down another 0.1kgs to 106.2kgs but I am feeling and looking a lot skinnier so I guess that I have lost a fair bit of fat over the weekend’s riding
Today is a rest day so I just have to get my 12500 steps in today so nothing else to aim for today other that getting a couple of blogs written tonight!
I am just about to wake my son up and get him up and out the door to go to school and then I will head into the office for the day!
I literally worked basically non stop from 6:30 until 22:20 so didn’t have much time to exercise other than to walk to the office and back and walking around the office and at home! I only managed 10580 steps for the day but still over 10580 steps so not too bad!
