Woke up at 5am feeling really bad again so didn’t ruck again this morning! I stayed in bed until about 8am then I got up, did my weigh-in (back up to 1-6.9kgs 🙁 ) and then I started cleaning the flat as I need to clean as its a mess and my parents are coming

As today was my rest day I woke up at 5am as normal and then chilled in bed on my phone for a while (found out I had sold my Octane One Zircus frame over night 🙂 ) and then at 7am I got up, did my weigh in (Back down to 106.0 kgs yay!
So today I took another Duvet Day as I was really tired and my wrist was hurting so I didn’t want to hurt my wrist any more! I basically watched the second day of the Nationals at Manchester Indoor all day! At about 5pm the paint stripper and clear coat arrived for the Black Market
This morning I woke up at 5 as normal then I checked on my Mac that I was copying data off of which had been running all night and only copied 16gb so I went to my work and grabbed a couple of spare switches and then I went to the track for about 7am.
