Woke up early again this morning as I had things to do in the office so I decided to do a post weekend weigh in while I was getting ready and I was shocked to see that I was down to 105.9kgs so I had lost 0.8kgs since Wednesday.
I did manage to get to the track and ride a bit on the Jump Bike on Sunday which was cold and wet but still good fun and will deffo help with the weight loss.
I was amazed how sore my body was after a really light session so I have a long way to go to be race fit! I guess the added exercise helped as I was way lighter this morning than I was last Wednesday!
After the weigh-in I got showered and dressed and then walked into the office and spent the morning moving servers before walking home and then driving to my parents house in the afternoon.
By the end of the Day I had completed 9041 steps so again working in the office is proving to be beneficial from a steps point of view! I am also getting a lot more done first thing so I am definitely going to keep this going as it’s a win for work and a win for my fitness/ weight loss 🙂
