So this week has been a bit crappy to be honest! My back was still bad from last week and on Monday I hyper-extended my left knee 3 times in the office which sucked 🙁
I did get 12249 steps in on Monday which wasn’t too bad but it hurt!
Tuesday I killed the steps at 18830 steps but I over did doing stuff at the track so I ended up being in bed most of the day with a sore back and legs and only got 1670 steps in all day 🙁
Thursday I got up and walked to the office and back so it got rid of some of the stiffness and soreness in my legs and got me to 8850 steps by 8 am 🙂
My diet has also been really bad this week so starting tonight I am fasting again as I am back up to 105 kgs this morning so I have put on 2 kgs since I got hurt 🙁
I have decided that I need to get into the habit of exercising first thing and as I can’t do sprints at the moment! I am also going to get up a 5 am and going for a bike ride first thing them coming back showering and then walking for an hour to try and sort my back out and get a bunch of my steps in as well before work!
