Got up early and went to Crucial BMX and dropped off my hubs to be built up and bought some Yess Reach forks for the GT.
Then went down to Newton Abbot to get some practice for the decoy regional tomorrow.
Training went well but on the way home my knee started to hurt and by the time I got home it was a bit swollen too. Decided that I wasn’t going to race and sent an email to withdraw my entry and move it to the Bristol regional at the end of the month.
I am definitely keeping the GT now as I loved the way it felt out of the gate and it manuals really well now the wheel is slammed.
My Huel ready mixed shakes arrived today too so I will start using them tomorrow.

Felt like crap when I woke up this morning as I have picked up the man flu that my son has had all week!
Forgot to do a weigh in this morning as I was too excited to try the Huel for breakfast. I have to say that it tasted better than I was expecting after reading the reviews online which was a nice surprise.
The powder arrives tomorrow so I will have powder in the mornings and save the pre mixed stuff for when I am working.
As I said earlier I plan to have Huel for breakfast and lunch and then eat salad in the evening’s as a lot of people have been saying that they miss chewing food so hopefully this will resolve the issue.
I am thinking that for this week I will only have Huel for breakfast until my stomach gets used to it and then move to twice a day from there. I also do not want to cut out meat all together yet so I will keep eating grilled chicken for at least this month.

Didn’t really do much as I had flu so figured that it was best to rest up and get better.

Did my weigh in this morning and down to 102.7kgs so dropped almost 2 kgs since last week so the Hule had worked wonders. Really liking it still as so quick and fills you up loads. I have been having it twice a day and eating a normal meal for the other meal of the day which is obviously working for now.
Apart from the flu I have been feeling really good.
I have decided to use the ready to drink Hule until I move into my flat as it is sooo much easier and not much more expensive. I have ordered another 24 bottles to keep me going until the end of the month.

Had a stretch at work before I got up to go home this morning and there was a massive crack from my sternum and it started to hurt! I managed to drive home and when I woke up it was sore but bearable so I am waiting to see how it is tomorrow before going to the doctors.

Chest feeling better today but still a little sore so I have taken another day off from training. I am going to get out on the mountain bike for an hour or so tomorrow to make up for the 2 missed days training this week. I may also go out on the 22″ before work tomorrow as I have it up for sale and have a couple of people interested in it so may not have it much longer.

Woke up really late so didn’t have time to work out today.
Planning to spend at least an hour at the track tomorrow to get this week back on track.

Didn’t have time to do anything again today as really tired then had to go and set up gates.
