This week was really successful walking wise as I made my 12000 steps a day goal Monday to Friday and managed a whopping 17558 steps on Saturday and just scraped over 10000 steps on Sunday too (10080 steps)!

For the week I averaged an impressive 12995 steps a day which is really good and more importantly I was consistent with my walking which was my goal for the week. I also went into the office every day on the ebike so I got more exercise in doing that too! Weight wise I only dropped 0.1 kgs but I am looking more toned so I think I am improving my body composition even if I haven’t really lost any real weight!

BMX wise I only made it to the track on Saturday and Sunday so I failed to get to the track at all at lunch time this week which is not ideal and I didn’t get on the rollers either this week!
