So this week I have had mixed results with Monday – Thursday being really good other than hurting my shoulder on Thursday almost dropping a heavy server which caused my collar bone to pop and become painful! Friday I stayed home all day and rested my shoulder so I only got 3433 steps in and the rest of the weekend we have had a massive storm so I have not been able to leave the flat much other than to walk my son to work to make sure that he was OK which meant that Friday and Saturday combined I got 12000 steps in so I technically made my goal of 12000 steps in 5 x in a week 🙂

My weight has actually gone up from 109.1 kgs on Monday morning to 109.6 kgs this morning which shows that I need to walk at the weekend as well as during the week to keep my weight in check so I am changing my goal to 12000 steps Monday-Friday and 10000 steps at the weekend to keep consistent!

I also need to go into the office every day Mon-Friday as that correlates to me walking a lot more and also stops me craving bacon sandwiches and sweets and crisp all the time and makes intermittent fasting way easier too! Tuesday-Friday I am also going to leave the office at 11 am to make sure that I can eat and get ready before 12:00 to make it more likely that I head to the track and ride as I didn’t make it Thursday lunchtime as I worked through lunch and came home about 3pm on Thursday and I was hurt on Friday so couldn’t ride anyway.

Today I am going to bring my rollers in from the garage so that I can start using them in the evening to get out of the habit of mindlessly watching TV in the evenings.

I want to spend at least an hour a day after work working on learning skills to make my day to day life easier and start to work on a better evening habit than finishing work eating then lying in bed watching tv until I fall asleep!

I am planning on finishing work then powering on the rollers and doing an hour of study while walking then setting up the rollers and riding on them for an hour while watching training videos then cooking and eating before cleaning up and running through the flat with the cordless hoover before chilling for the rest of the evening.
