Busy start to the day today

So this morning I woke up at 5 and did my weigh in (Back up to 107.5 kgs which is not good although I think that a lot of that is muscle as my legs are much bigger today than they have been!) I then got to work until 7 am when I showered and got dress and then loaded the ebike in my dad’s car and then drove to the garage in Trowbridge and dropped it off.

I then rode home and it rides really well now that the belt has been replaced although the limiter is way more precise now so kicks in at 15 mph which is annoying! The canal was really wet and muddy and it was really cold but I got home in 1 hr 12.5 minutes so about 30 minutes faster than the last time when the belt kept coming off!

I have now put my battery on charge and I am waiting for the call to say that the car is ready so that I can head back and pick it up.

After the ride this morning I am currently on 7582 steps so over half way to my 10000 step goal for the day!

This weekend I need to get the rollers in from the garage and build one of the bmx’s up then I can ride for an hour a night on the rollers and do zone 2 as the gearing will not let me do anything more strenuous than that!

So at just after 4pm I headed back to Trow and picked up the car on the ebike and it rode really well again so I am super happy that I fixed it now 🙂 I then put the ebike in the car and headed over to my parents house and dropped the car off and picked up my car! I also left the ebike in their garage and took my mtb back so that I can start adding some road rides to my weekly schedule too as I really enjoyed riding the ebike again today so I think adding some road rides to my training will help both with weight loss as well as reducing stress and improving my well-being as a whole!

With all the bike riding and stuff I easily got to 15906 steps for the day which is a lot more than I have been doing recently which is good!
