So this morning I had a weird one I woke up at 5:20 and my alarm had been put on sleep somehow as I don’t remember doing it! I got up and did my weigh in and had to go to the toilet a lot so I decided to have a lie in as I am doing Gates at Andover later so will get some exercise in and a fair bit of walking too! I then went back to bed and slept until 7am as I again turned my alarm off without knowing it!
I then got up and started work!
It is now lunch time and I am currently on only 500 steps so I will have to walk and work this afternoon to get my step count up!
I am a bit worried that my stomach will not settle down by the time I have to go to gates so I will have to keep an eye on it this afternoon and make a call!
