Got most of my steps in early

So I slept really badly last night as my Hemeroids were really hurting so I slept in a bit to 5:30 then got up did my weigh-in (Back up to 104.1 kgs 🙁 ) I then got showered and dressed and then walked to the office. The walk to the office was fine until about 5 minutes from the office when I really needed the toilet and almost didn’t make it but it worked its self out and I dropped at least 2 kgs as well 🙂

I then did some work then walked home again and by the time I was home I was on about 9000 steps. I then worked until 4pm pretty much so I didn’t get much of a lunch break or get many more steps in so by 19:30 I still had 500 steps to go so I walked for a bit on the treadmill to make sure that I got my 10000 steps in then I swapped out my front tyre on the DK for the brand new 24 x 1.75″ Tioga Power Block that I got with the bike and I also put the Subrosa Matt Ray seat that came with my Downhill bike that I took off and put somewhere safe then forgot where that safe place was until I found it the other day looking for something else 🙂

The tyre looks much better and will deffo feel better on the rough pavements around town and I am hoping that the seat will be more comfortable too! I have bought the same size powerblock for the rear wheel too which should be here next week then the DK is finished until I get some better cranks as the Amazon cranks are OK but they creak a lot and a a bit bendy when I stand up and put power through the pedals so I will need to get some BMX specific cranks before I can use the bike as a sprint bike but other than that its perfect!

I am now chilling for the rest of the night ready to sleep early so I can get up and go for a walk before work again in the morning!
