So this morning I was off as I worked on Sunday so I got up at normal time (4:45) and did my weigh-in and I was surprised to fine that I am down to 102.9 kgs so I have lost exactly 6 kgs in 3 weeks of being on the Carnivore diet which is pretty amazing! As well as losing a bunch of weight my asthma is so much better as is my breathing generally and I have no acid reflux any more so I am sleeping so soundly that it feels like I lie in bed and then wake up 6 hours later its amazing!
After my weigh in I showered and get dressed and headed to Patcway for a ride! I got to the track just before 6am and rode for a solid hour before calling it a day and heading home. I had a really good sessions and managed 5 fast and smooth first straights where I cleanly manualled the second jump which is unheard of for me 🙂 I also got a couple good first and second straights too which is nice 🙂 Unfortunately the sun made the secind straight really sketchy so I only did a couple of those but it was still an enjoyable session. I have a long way to go before I am in any kind of shape to do full laps but still I am coming a long nicely! I think I will do the same thing tomorrow and maybe Sunday as well 🙂
My knee felt really good today so I think using the knee support is working which I am happy about 🙂 And it was a cheap, easy fix too 🙂
I am now chilling and re-hydrating then I think I will be meeting some friends at Bath track at lunch time to have a play. I may also get some sprints in as I am feeling really slow at the moment so sprints should help with that 🙂
Last night I bought a new 41T Rennen Chain Ring as Iwant to try running 41 x 18 again as it was much better on my S&M the other year and I had my best National Results running it so I may as well try it. I am not really feeling the 36 x 16 at the moment so I figured that I would have a change. I am not 100% sure that a 41T chain ring will fit on the Curtis but we will find out I guess.
