Got up and walked this morning

So this morning I woke up late as I had set my alarm to pm not am which is not ideal! Luckily I woke up at 5:30 so it wasn’t too bad. I got up and did my weigh in and I was surprised that I was down to 103..7 kgs so I was down 0.2 kgs from yesterday and 0.1 kgs less that Sunday so I am back to dropping weight again which is good! I guess that the walking while working last night worked 🙂

I then did some work and then showered and walked to the office to fix something then walked home again via the supermarket to get some vitamin drinks as I was out! by the time I got home I was on just under 7000 steps (6763 steps) already and it was only 7:30 ish! As soon as I finish work at 11ish I will head over to my parents and do the cleaning and hoovering there so I should easily get to 10000 steps by the end of the day 🙂

This morning I really noticed how much easier it is now to walk so I am thinking that I need to start walking in the weight vest again so that I continue to carry the same weight when walking! At the moment walking will be burning less calories as I am carrying 5 kgs less body weight! Although I am enjoying not having knee and ankle pain so I may not use the weight until I drop below 100 kgs!

At lunch time I headed over to my parents house and hoovered and mopped their kitchen dining room and 2 bathrooms and then hoovered the rest of downstairs and as I was finishing the hoovering they arrived home from their caravan so I stopped and helped unpack the car and bring everything into the house.

I had a chat for a bit then I borrowed their car to go to Cardiff in tomorrow afternoon and went home via Trowbridge and stopped off in Tesco to pick up some more Vitamin Drink Squash as there is nowhere in Bath that sells it as far as I know. I then headed home and did some washing and put the washing away from in the tumble dryer and then watched a couple films before bed.

By the end of the day I had done 12144 so walking first thing is deffo the way to go to get steps in every day although I think walking in the evening helps with dropping weight as you are burning off calories late at night and raising your metabolism over night!

I think that I will try and walk first thing and also before bed as well and watch a film while walking instead of lounging around in bed while i watch the film!
