So this morning I was amazed to find that I had dropped another 0.6kgs from yesterday so I am now 105.9 kgs which is amazing to say the least!
Yesterday was pretty hectic and I was on the go all day but I still didn’t exercise at all! I did get 6776 steps in pretty much all in the flat so that was good.
It is currently 5:48 and I am just waiting for my son to get ready and we are off to the gym so that I can try and exercise on the Carnivore diet for the first time. I am also probably going to the track later too 🙂 Next week I hope to start getting back into exercising properly as I have been super slack for the past 3-4 months so from Monday I want to start getting into a routine. The Carnivore diet should help with that as cooking is super quick and easy so it frees up so much time to do other things especially as I seem to only be eating twice a day at the moment so that is really cool and it is deffo working for the fat burning/ weight loss as well so all good.
Another thing that I have noticed is that I am sleeping much better as my acid reflux has gotten much better which may be the no fizzy drinks or may be the carnivor diet! Either way its a massive improvement over how I was feeling a couple weeks ago for sure!
So we got to the gym at 6:30 and left at about 7:30 and had a good workout. My legs were jelly walking home too but are fine now.
I am currently on 9490 steps too so I’m pretty much done for the day 🙂
