I finally managed to get up early and get my son up and we went to the gym at 5:30 this morning as planned 🙂 The walk to the gym was about 30 minutes then we got into the gym and did 3 x 10 hack squats with just the weight of the machine which is basically 50kgs then we did 3 x 10 leg extensions and then 3 x 10 leg curls then 10 minutes on the exercise bike and then a 30 minute walk home again as a cool down.
By the time I got home I was on 8766 steps for the day so almost at 10000 steps already.
My legs were like jelly on the walk home and I am expecting to be really sore by Monday but I am feeling good about finally starting to work out at least!
