Ill today

I was really rough yesterday afternoon and had a headache, temperature and sore throat which I think was due to no Coca Cola but not 100% sure on that! When I woke up this morning I was still rough so I decided to stay out of the office to make sure that I didn’t infect anyone else and then I went to sleep again until 6am. I then got up at 6am and had a shower and started work at 6:30 am from home.

I have been thinking about it and even though I am in the office on Monday’s I think that I should have Mondays as my rest day as I am riding at the weekends now so I need a rest day! It also means that I don’t have to carry all my spare clothes etc to the office when I go in the morning or shower at the gym which is a hassle and wasted time!  If I take Monday as my rest day and move my first gym day to Tuesdays then I can go to the gym work out and then walk home and start work without having to shower until lunch time so it saves an extra 15 minutes in the mornings which is useful as I am short on time as it is! I am going to start at 7-7:30 on Tuesdays as I am on a half day so there is no need to start earlier on Tuesdays otherwise I end out doing more hours before finishing so I lose my 1/2 day basically! I will do Upper Body as planned on Wednesdays and Legs as planned on Friday mornings but I will pop into the office after working out to get some things done and make sure that I start at 6:30 so I can get a 2 hour lunch break still!

I will update my Months Training plan now to show the changes!
