So I have been thinking about my training and I am struggling to fit everything in so I have decided to set one training goal each day to get done as follows:
Mon – Weights
Tuesday – Sprints/ Track
Wednesday – Weights
Thursday – Sprints/ Track (Gates in the evening)
Friday – Road Bike
Saturday – Track/ pump track
Sunday – Complete rest other than walking!
I am obviously walking every day first thing as well so hopefully that will keep my back issues at bay.
I have also decided to give Huel another try so I have bought 12 bottles of Huel black to try to see if I can kick start weight loss again as I have been stuck at 106-107 kgs for a while now! I am also going to start intermittent fasting until 11 am again as I haven’t really fasted this year so need to get back into that habit as well! I am also going to stop drinking Coca Cola again this week to try and avoid the acid reflux that I got when I was replacing meals with Hule last time I tried it!
My plan is to drink 2 bottles of Huel during the day and then eat normal food in the evening to recharge ready for the next day. The plan is fast until 11am drink a Huel, Train at lunch time then have another Huel and then eat about 7pm pm then fast until 11am the next morning. I am thinking about eating omellette and salad for my meal to simplify food prep etc for a while and see how that goes. I may also add chicken breast as well to add a bit more bulk to the meal as well 🙂
I have also decided that when I am working from home I will start work at 5:30 not 6:30 and then walk along the 2 tunnels from 6:30-7:30 ish to get some early morning sun and get my steps in when I have completed my early morning tasks.
I plan to start this new regime next Monday as I am on holiday from Tuesday onwards next week as its Bath Regional week so I took the week off to train and do any track prep needed so starting the new training next week makes sense 🙂
I went for my walk about 6:10 and I was back by 6:50:
I walked for 38:39 minutes and covered 2.24 miles and did 4734 steps so a good start to the day at least! More importantly I saw the sun rising which is supposed to significantly improve your mood and make you more alert so we will see 🙂
I am not sure what I am doing at lunch time today as I have to wait for a dust delivery so depending on when they arrive at the track will depend what I do. I also booked on for some training tonight so I may rest at lunch time to be 100% for the training.
