Rucking Challenge Day 6

I impressed myself this morning by forcing myself to get up even though I didn’t sleep well and I was really tired 🙂 I got up did my weigh in (back up 02.kgs to 106.3kgs) then I got showered and dressed, got the weight vest on and walked into the office, did a bit of work then walked home. I took a hillier route home that seems to have been shorted as I am only on just under 7000 steps at the moment (6982 steps).

My stomach is still a bit rough so I didn’t want to walk too far this morning just in case but it was OK so I may go for a bike ride at lunch time if its OK still by then. My stomach wasn’t good so I didn’t ride at lunch time today!

I also went to my exe wife’s house for dinner so I didn’t have any time to do any exercise until about 20:45 when I took my parents dog who is staying until Sunday for a bedtime walk around the block to make sure that I got over 10000 steps for the day! I had to cut the walk short as well as my stomach was gurgling and I would have had an accident if I had taken my planned route 🙁

I managed to get to 10416 steps for the day but felt really deflated as I hadn’t done a lot of exercise again 🙁

I am getting my car taxed and insured tomorrow so next week I will start back doing sprints and skills work again on the jump bike to minimise wrist issues but still get some exercise in and get my mojo back! I am going to start back on the weights tonight as I am really starting to lose my momentum other than walking and weights is something I can do that is near the toilet so its safe with a bad stomach 🙂
