So as planned I woke up at 5am and although I felt really bad I went to the track for about 5:45 and set up the pens and dropped off the stuff I needed too then I came home and went to bed as I was feeling really bad.
I then spent the rest of the day in bed and didn’t get my steps in today with a paltry 1892 steps getting done by bedtime 🙁
My bad stomach had also progressed to a sore throat as well now so I suspect that I am coming down with something.
On a positive note being in bed most of the day gave me time to reflect on my training so fat this month and how well making walking a habit had worked and I have decided that this year I am going to start building positive habits to improve my quality of life going forwards. I also did some reading and bought a book on the subject of building habits to read instead of watching TV all the time when I am not working out. The post is HERE.
