Back to BMX Training day 9 – 09/01/2024

So I woke up late at 7am this morning, did my weigh in and I was down 0.2kgs this morning to 107.5kgs this morning which is good. I then showered and get dressed and went to the tip again. So I am now all sorted for now but I still have the garage, hall cupboard and shed to clear out properly so I guess that there will be a load more stuff to go to the tip later on but I will deal with that later 🙂

For now the flat has way more room and is way less cluttered! I still have some stuff to clear up but other than that its all good. I can start work in the morning without being really stressed which is a good thing!

When I got back from the tip I wrote a couple of blog posts and got them online then at 11:20 ish I went to the track and met a friend and did some sprints (6 x 60m) and then messed around on the track a bit! My whole body is really stiff as I have not been walking much outside so first thing tomorrow morning I am going to walk to the office do some work that I have to do and drop off my sprint block and splats and some shoes in the office and then mark out my sprint markings then walk home ready to start my proper shift at 7:30.

It is currently 14:00 and I am only on 3617 steps so I have a lot of steps to do still!

I am just making some food and then I will chill for a bit and then crack on with the steps!

So I had to walk on the treadmill for ages and The steps were not going up very quickly at all so I decided to stop just after 12500 steps and make up the steps tomorrow. By the end of the day I was on 12621 Steps which is still pretty good but a lot less than 15000 steps.

After today I have decided that i have to get as many steps as possible in early in the morning before work so that I don’t have to spend all night on the treadmill to get all of my steps in before bed!
