Back to BMX Training day 8 – 08/01/2024

So this morning I woke up about 6:45 and chilled on my phone for a bit as it’s my birthday so I can do what I like 😁 I then got up and did my weigh-in and I was down a bit to 107.7kgs so lower than yesterday but still 1kg more than I was last Monday!

I am just getting moving to start my day! I am going to have a shower and then walk up to the track and do my 60m sprints and then walk home again and crack on with getting the car filled with crap to take to the tip tomorrow morning.

I was going to go to Temple cloud pump track but I will save that for tomorrow morning now as I have a lot to do this morning and nothing planned after the tip run tomorrow. I think I may leave sprints for tomorrow too as my back is a bit sore after all the track work yesterday so it is better to be on the safe side rather than rush back and get more hurt!

By the end of the day I was on just over 5000 steps so I had to do a big session on the treadmill on 4mph to get the steps in before the end of the day but I managed to get it done and got to 15091 steps for the day!
